「そぞろ」——理由もなく心がふと動いてしまう瞬間。

散歩の途中で分かれ道を特に目的や理由もなく選んだことがあると思います。

「漫ろ（そぞろ）」とは、そのように「これといった理由もなく心が動いていくさま」を意味します。

日本を代表するカルチャーのひとつ「漫画」も、葛飾北斎の『北斎漫画』に見られるように、心の赴くままに描いた画に由来しています。

Sozoro Collectionでは全ての作品を「そぞろ」をコンセプトに制作し、イデオロギーやメッセージにとらわれることなく、
森羅万象や通り過ぎる思考の中から描きたいと思うものをただ「そぞろ」に描いた作品を発表しています。

特定の意味や願いを込めるのではなく、鑑賞者がそぞろに感じ取れる余白を残しているのが特徴です。

■制作手法

アナログで描いた線をデジタルに取り込み、手書きならではの筆感と、デジタルにしかできない表現を組み合わせています。
その往復から生まれる独自の質感が、Sozoro Collectionの特徴です。

■CONCEPT

“Sozoro” — a moment when the heart stirs without reason.

On a walk, you may have found yourself choosing one path over another without any particular purpose.

The word “Sozoro” refers to this state of mind, when one’s feelings shift for no clear reason.

The Japanese word “manga”, one of the nation’s representative cultural forms, also originates from this idea.
As seen in Hokusai’s Hokusai Manga, it was born from drawings created freely, guided by impulse.

All works in the Sozoro Collection are created with this concept. Free from ideology or messages, they emerge from fragments of passing thoughts and scenes from nature, drawn simply in a “sozoro” manner.

Rather than imposing fixed meanings or intentions, each work leaves space for viewers to respond in their own way.

We hope you will discover a work that you encounter sozoro, and take it into your hands.


■Method

Hand-drawn lines are digitized, combining the tactile quality unique to drawing with expressions possible only through digital means.
This back-and-forth process creates the distinctive textures of the Sozoro Collection.
